All in all, it is lovely place for staying in Barcelona. The venue has particularly good and perfect setting on a metro line. Plus it is close enough to another restaurant and Metro Station and Nice Cafe's and Restaurants/. La Tazza d'or is nearby. Staff is very attentive and affable.

We greatly enjoyed every moment of the stay, perfectly pleasant experience. It was great in Gracia residence.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right next to the Metro station. This makes it easy to explore the city and get around. the rooms are well-equipped and clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The bathrooms are also well-maintained and have great showers.

The check-in process can be frustrating and time-consuming.

New place with an ideal location so close to the beach, metro station and a hospital and Sagrada Familia. The staff were helpful, loved them all😃

Couldn't find cleaning.

overall experience was pleasant. my apartment was new right by all the attractions and barcelona. had early check in. the bed was exceptionally comfortable, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television were useful. everything was good overall, however the bathroom was leaking. i loved views of city. its location was marvellous, 2 miles from the wall. and i was located near the metro.

The apartment itself is new with automated check-in and located just next door to center, and Sagrada Familia and Parc Guelle.

great location, close to the subway and lots of restaurants. Comfortable place in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the sacred family. Castro Exclusive Residences Sant Pau exceeded our expectations.

No reception and very hard to get the keys.

The two-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, except for an oven. The location of the apartment was excellent, close to a metro station and a local supermarket. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to easily access public transportation and buy groceries nearby.

There were a few issues that detracted from our experience. there was no reception at the apartment, and we had to make two phone calls and wait for 20 minutes to be let in.

The location was indeed great and awesome, on a metro line. Also, it was very close to metro station and a hospital, a local restaurant and the apartment-wifi key, nearest restaurants, shops.

Rooms, place, comfort.. all just went great.

Complicated entry.. we were having troubles getting through the checkin system. The display on the door didn´t function well, so we accidently blocked the app. Then we had to call the support, which didn´t speak eng. very good. When we finally understood each other, she helped us to get into the building (happyend :-).

The apartment was well-appointed, clean, and had comfortable beds. The showers were excellent, with nice shampoo and body wash provided. The security safe in the wardrobe was a nice addition. The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby that took us to the main square. The apartment also had easy access to a hop-on hop-off bus stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. The air conditioning was effective, which was necessary in the heat of July. The presence of a washing machine for clothes and dishes in the apartment was also appreciated.

No complaints, felt special.

We had a pleasant stay in Barcelona so close to 50m bus station as well as a nearby cafe. It was quiet and ideal near the metrostation.

Conveniently located in a residential area with nearby public transportation and dining options. Clean and well-equipped apartments with comfortable beds and great showers. Appreciated the complimentary amenities and the presence of a security safe. Effective air conditioning provided relief in the summer heat.
